These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of dorbotanicals.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Dor Botanicals LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("Dor Botanicals," "we," "us," or "our"). All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may accept or decline any order. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout, and your order is confirmed once payment is authorized. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.

We ship to the addresses you provide at checkout. Delivery times and any shipping fees are shown at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. To start a return, email orders@dorbotanicals.com with your order number. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received.

Our products are cosmetics intended for general skincare use. Any information on the Site is provided for general purposes only and is not medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any skin condition or before use if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a known allergy.

Because skin sensitivities vary, we recommend performing a patch test before first use: apply a small amount to your inner forearm and wait 24 hours. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. You use our products at your own discretion and are responsible for reviewing the ingredient list for anything you may be sensitive to.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dor Botanicals and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. The Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nevada.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
